1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "You") and 776pub ("the Platform", "We", "Us"). By creating an account on 776pub, accessing the website, or placing any bet or wager through any part of the platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform in any way. Continued use of 776pub after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on 776pub, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

You are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. 776pub reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time — including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Accounts that fail verification or provide false information will be suspended and any pending transactions voided.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All financial transactions on 776pub are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform does not accept foreign currency deposits, nor does it accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as deposit methods.

Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, Philippine online and mobile banking, and bank transfer. Deposits are processed to your account balance upon confirmation of receipt. Processing times vary by payment channel.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever operationally possible. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed identity and payment verification. 776pub reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all payment details submitted. 776pub is not liable for delays or failures arising from incorrect payment information or third-party payment processor issues. 4 Gameplay, Betting, and Wagering Rules

Once a bet or wager is confirmed on 776pub, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or by live game outcomes depending on the game type. 776pub does not manipulate or interfere with game results.

Bets placed on sports events are subject to the specific rules of the sportsbook, including settlement rules for void events, postponed matches, or events that result in incomplete data. In cases of technical errors, system failures, or obvious pricing errors, 776pub reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to account balances.

For live casino games, the rules of the game as enforced by the live dealer and/or the game software shall be final. For eBingo and fish games, rules specific to each game room are displayed before entry and govern outcomes in that session.

5 Promotions, Bonuses, and Offers

General conditions that apply to all promotional offers unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses and promotional credits are for use on the 776pub platform only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Offers are valid for the period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired offers cannot be reinstated.
• Wagering or playthrough requirements, where applicable, must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• 776pub reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one promotional offer may be applied per account per qualifying period unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 776pub platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited activities will have their account suspended immediately and all associated balances forfeited:

• Registering more than one account on the platform under any name or identity
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or system bugs for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or unfairly extract value from the platform
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any unlawful financial purpose
• Allowing another person to access or operate your account on your behalf
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool to circumvent access restrictions
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing platform staff or other users

7 Account Suspension and Closure

776pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected breach of these Terms, fraud, underage gaming, identity verification failure, or inactivity.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion requests submitted through the Responsible Gaming tools will be processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the selected exclusion period.

Upon account closure for reasons of player-initiated self-exclusion, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after the applicable review process. Balances associated with accounts closed due to terms violations or fraud may be forfeited.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 776pub and its affiliates, directors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to gaming losses, loss of data, or service interruptions.

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. 776pub does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance and technical issues may occasionally affect availability.

9 Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the 776pub platform after any change to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
